We Calculated the Cheapest SUV Leases This Month

SUVs are the most popular vehicles on our shores, and for good reason: Most of today’s SUVs ride and drive like smaller cars, and they’re more spacious and practical. These crossovers are also available with appealing lease deals that make them as easy on your monthly budget as smaller cars.

We checked leasing deals on every crossover SUV available in the U.S. to find the cheapest options available this month. The following lease deals have low monthly payments and less money due at signing than all of their rivals.

Cheap SUV Lease Deal Trends in November 2023

With fewer SUVs available, lease deals just haven’t been as enticing as they were in the past. SUV leasing incentives over the past several months have carried higher down payments and higher monthly payments than in previous months. Zero-down lease deals have essentially disappeared, and fewer SUVs were available with manufacturer-sponsored lease specials.

However, it seems now that the chip shortage and other supply chain constraints have eased up, more SUVs are becoming available to lease, and incentives are gradually improving. Several automakers are bringing new models to market and increasing inventory. Let’s hope that these positives, along with mounting competition among brands, work in the favor of buyers.

The cheapest SUV lease deals are ranked from the cheapest to the most expensive based on the total “effective” monthly payment. For each crossover shown, we added up all the monthly payments plus the down payment and then divided it by the number of months. For each cheap SUV lease deal shown, we provide the total cost of the lease and the effective monthly payment (both excluding taxes and fees), as well as the manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP). This way, you can clearly see how the deals stack up.

Just because an SUV is available with a cheap lease promotion doesn’t mean it’s a subpar vehicle. In fact, some popular and highly rated SUVs are available with appealing lease deals every month. And, if we did find a cheap leasing incentive on a crossover that’s not worth the money, we left it out.
